How to Secure Your Coverage
Sign Up Online – Book your package now to lock in coverage.
Check In On Game Day – You MUST check in with the photography team before your first event. Show your receipt or confirmation email on your phone.
Get Your Athlete Identifier – We’ll mark you with a unique symbol so our photographers know to follow your action.
⚠️ Important: If you do not check in before your first workout to receive your identifier, you may not be photographed. No refunds will be issued for missed check-ins.

Floater events running during scheduled main events may not be covered.
